Our office for Suryam Realtors is right by Swati Snacks on the Panchavati-law Garden Road. We are directly across from the BRTS bus stop, so it's a very busy stretch. You can always hear the buses going by and people walking to the park. We like being in the middle of everything. Sometimes we go over to Swati for a quick bite when things get too hectic. Dealing with real estate isn't always easy. People have a lot of questions about land and prices. We try to answer them as best as we can without any of that sales talk you hear elsewhere. It’s just us and a few files. We’ve helped a lot of folks find a place near Law Garden. It’s a nice area to work in, especially in the evenings when the market picks up. The office is small, and sometimes the printer acts up, but we get by. We aren't a huge chain, just a local team that knows this road like the back of our hand. If you’re waiting for the bus and want to talk about a shop or a flat, just step inside. We’re usually around until late evening. The noise of the area is something you just get used to after a while. It’s got a lot of energy. We’ve seen many shops change hands around here while we’ve stayed put. Our office isn't very large, but we make it work with what we have. There’s always a stack of newspapers on the table. We try to keep things honest with whoever walks in.
