Motivation Engineers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

Our office for Motivation Engineers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is on the ground floor of the Nandanvan building, right across from the Town Hall in Ellisbridge. It is a pretty central area, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by outside. Since we are on the ground floor, you can hear the street noise pretty clearly during the day. We have a few desks set up and some old cupboards filled with technical drawings and site records. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we manage just fine. Most of the staff are engineers who are out on-site more than they are here. When they come back, they bring a lot of paperwork and mud on their shoes. We have been in this Ellisbridge spot for a good while. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or shops, so it feels like a regular community. We don't spend much money on decorating the place because we are usually too busy focusing on the projects we have going on. There is a small pantry in the back where we keep the kettle. It’s a functional space where we handle the day-to-day logistics of the infrastructure projects we work on. Nothing fancy happens here, just people doing their jobs and trying to keep things organized despite the constant phone calls.
