Electrosteel Castings Ltd uses this space as a hub for our Gujarat operations. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy. The apartment setup is a bit unconventional for an office, but it works for us. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have our files, our computers, and a small kitchen for making tea. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We aren't a huge team here, just a handful of us managing the orders and talking to clients. Kankaria is a nice area, and we often walk around during our break. We don't have a giant logo on the building. You just look for unit number 10. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you’re not used to it. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't any polished marble or glass walls. Just plain white walls and some sturdy desks. We focus on the logistics of the castings and making sure the numbers add up. It’s a practical way to run things without spending too much on overhead. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon because it suits our daily needs.
