We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just make sure everyone does their bit and stays safe. The building is an old one, and it’s got plenty of quirks. Sometimes the doors stick or the lights flicker, but it doesn't stop the work. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the casts. If something isn't right, we just melt it down and start over.
