Our factory is out in the Sanand GIDC area, which is part of Ahmedabad district. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s mostly just big buildings and trucks. We’re one of those buildings. We work with paper, so there’s always that specific smell in the air that you notice right away. The machines are loud, and there’s always a bit of dust around. It’s not a clean, polished office environment. It’s a factory. We spend our days making sure the rolls of paper are being processed correctly. There are stacks of finished products everywhere waiting to be moved. We have a small office tucked away in one corner where we do the billing and talk to customers. It’s pretty basic with just a couple of desks. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of our business comes from word of mouth or long-term contracts we've had for years. The GIDC can be a bit dusty and hot, especially in the summer, but we’re used to it. We show up, do the shifts, and go home. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We aren't trying to change the world with our paper. We’re just making products for people who need them. It’s a straightforward business in a busy industrial part of the city. We’ve been here a while and we plan to stay for the foreseeable future.
