Eastern Perfumery Co. is based in the Naroda GIDC area. Specifically, you can find us at C-1-B-1203 in Phase IV. Our unit is located on Gayatri Mandir Road, which is a fairly busy stretch within the industrial estate. Working in the perfumery business means the air around our unit usually smells like a mix of different oils and ingredients, which is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. The building itself is a standard GIDC structure—nothing too elaborate, just a functional space for production and storage. Phase IV is quite a sprawling area, and it can be easy to get turned around if you aren’t familiar with the road layout. We have our equipment and the raw materials all set up inside C-1-B-1203. It’s mostly a lot of mixing and checking batches throughout the day. The road outside can get dusty with all the trucks passing through Naroda, but once you step inside, it’s a different world of scents. We’ve been in this spot long enough to know the local rhythms, like when the tea seller comes by or when the traffic on Gayatri Mandir Road is at its worst. It’s a hardworking environment, and we don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We just focus on the containers and the blends we’re working on. It is a steady life for us here, and we like the routine of the industrial park.
