We’ve been here at Plot No. 5501 in Vatva for quite a while now. Most people know the spot near Trikumpura Cross Road since it’s a busy corner of the G.I.D.C. area. It’s mostly just us and a few other sheds doing our work day in and day out. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours, but that’s just how it goes in Phase-3. We started out small and just kept at it. There isn't much to say about our history other than we show up every morning, open the gates, and get the machines running. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. You get used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. It's not the cleanest place, but it's where we do what we do. Dynamic Industries Limited isn't some fancy corporate office with glass walls. It's a workspace with oil on the floor and tools everywhere. We’ve got a core group of guys who have been here for years. They know exactly which machine makes which noise when something is loose. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the orders that come through. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings. If someone needs something, they just walk into the office and ask. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’re just part of the local landscape here in Ahmedabad, trying to get through the week.
