Our place is in the Vatva GIDC area, right behind the BSNL compound in Phase-4. Specifically, we are at 18 Shri Shakti Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise from nearby factories and the smell of grease or metal in the air. It’s not a place for white-collar suits; most of us wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. We deal with infrastructure work, so our days are filled with planning, looking at blueprints, and checking on equipment. The office is simple, just a few tables and chairs where we sit down to figure out our next steps. We have a small yard where we keep some of our materials. It’s a bit of a maze getting here with all the industrial trucks parked on the side of the road, but we know the shortcuts by now. We are a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just find one of us on the phone or looking at a ledger. We just want to get the jobs done on time and move on to the next one. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We stay busy year-round and don't really have time for much else. It's a noisy part of town but it's where the work gets done and we are okay with that.
