Our office is based in Sagar Apartments, inside the Sur-Sagar Towers complex on Sola Road. We are quite close to the Sai-Baba Temple, which is a landmark most people use to find us here in Ahmedabad. Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd handles both small parcels and larger shipments. The space gets a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of items coming in at the same time, but we manage to make it work. It is a busy little hub of activity. People are always dropping things off or calling to ask about their delivery status. We try to keep everything as sorted as possible, though the stacks of boxes can get quite high sometimes. Sola Road is a lively area and there is always something going on outside our windows. We are not fancy people here. We check the labels, we do the scanning, and we send the items out. It is basic work, but it needs to be done right. We don't have a corporate feel in this office; it is more like a local shop where neighbors come by. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet is slow, and we just have to deal with it. We have been at this location for a long time, so the locals know us well. We just focus on getting the packages moved from here to wherever they are supposed to end up.
