We are based in Ahmedabad, right near the old Drive-In Cinema. Our office is number 504 in the Milestone building. It is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of the city, so it helps when giving people directions. Safelink Agencies is basically a small operation where we handle distribution and agency work for different products. We spend most of our time on the phone or managing the orders that come through our system. It is a lot of logistics and making sure that things get from one place to another without getting lost. The office is a bit cramped because of all the files and samples we have lying around on the shelves. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We have been here at Milestone for a good number of years. The traffic outside can get pretty bad during the evenings, but it is a central location that works well for us. We are not doing anything fancy or high-tech; it is just about keeping the supply chain moving and helping our clients get what they need. Some days are very slow, while other days feel like we do not have enough hours to get through the to-do list. We just keep at it, doing the day-to-day tasks that keep a small agency running.
