You can find our hospital on the second floor of the Premnagar Society building, right in the 8/A section. We’re located in Navrangpura, near the Golden Triangle and right opposite the Sardar Patel Stadium. It’s a very recognizable part of the city. Because we’re on the second floor, you have to come up the stairs or take the lift, but it’s usually pretty quiet once you get inside. We focus specifically on ear-related issues, so most of the equipment you’ll see around the rooms is for that. The hospital isn't huge, but we have specialized areas for testing and consultations. Navrangpura is a busy area, especially when there’s something going on at the stadium, so parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. Inside, the staff is usually busy with patients who have travelled from different parts of the city. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines and a water cooler. It’s a very normal, no-frills environment. The doctors spend a lot of time with each person because ear stuff can be tricky. We try to keep things calm and organized, though some days are more rushed than others. It’s just a dedicated space for this kind of work. We’ve been in this Navrangpura spot for a good while, and most people around here know where we are. We just keep doing our thing, day after day, seeing whoever needs help.
