You can find us in the cellar of Aradhna Complex, which is right across from the Bhagyodaya Restaurant on Relief Road. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot afternoons, but we don’t get much natural light. It doesn't really matter though, because we are usually busy with our service work. The smell of the food from the restaurant across the street often drifts over around lunchtime, which makes everyone hungry. Relief Road is always crowded and noisy, especially with the Relief Cinema nearby bringing in crowds. Our office at A-1 is a bit of a maze with all the equipment and supplies we keep for our services. It’s a practical space, not a pretty one. We’ve got some old desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine for what we need. Most of our day is spent handling customer requests or fixing various items that people bring in. It’s a bit of a struggle to get larger things down the stairs into the cellar, but we’ve gotten good at it over the years. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us by name. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door and a lot of work going on inside. It’s a busy, somewhat dusty, but productive little corner of the city where we just get things done.
