You can find Divyam Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. at 101, Gulab Tower on Sola Road in Ahmedabad. Our office is on the first floor, so we see a lot of the street life from our window. Sola Road is always busy with people and cars, and the 380061 area is a growing part of the city. We have a lot of maps and property documents lying around the office, which is pretty standard for what we do. The space is simple with a few chairs for visitors and a large table where we look over blueprints and contracts. Ahmedabad is a city that never seems to stop building, and being in Gulab Tower puts us right in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us handling the property side of things and meeting with people who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. The office gets a bit of sun in the afternoon, which makes it bright, but also quite warm. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day while we talk to clients or go through the latest listings. It is a busy life, but it’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes every year. We are just regular people working in the local real estate market, trying to keep our records straight and our clients informed.
