If you are looking for us, we are down in the lower level of Rainbow Complex. It is Plot No.7, and being near Stadium Road means there is usually plenty of activity around Navrangpura. Since we are a bit below the street level, it stays a little cooler inside during those really hot months, which is a relief. The space is filled with parts and tools and whatever vehicles we happen to be working on at the moment. It can get a bit cramped when several jobs come in at once, but we manage to find our way around the piles of stuff. We don't bother much with making the place look like a showroom because that isn't what we are about. We are here to work on motors and get things running again. You might find a bit of grease on the door handles or some old tires stacked in a corner. That is just the way an active garage looks. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the cars and the workbenches. The light isn't always the brightest down here, but we have our lamps for the tricky bits. Usually, the radio is playing somewhere in the background, mixed with the sound of wrenches clicking. It is a simple life of mechanical work and dealing with the people who live and work in this part of Ahmedabad. We just take things one day at a time and do the work that needs doing.
