Dishmanpharmaceuticals&Chemicals Ltd Ahmedabad

Our location is over in the Vraj Vihar Society in the Naroda area of Ahmedabad. We’ve been part of the Dishmanpharmaceuticals&Chemicals Ltd setup here for a good while. Naroda is an industrial part of the city, so there’s always a lot of activity around us. Our office is a straightforward place where we manage the chemical and pharmaceutical side of things. It’s not the kind of place with fancy carpets or modern art. We have lab equipment, storage containers, and a lot of logbooks. Safety is something we think about a lot because of what we handle, but we don't make a big show of it. We just follow the rules and keep our heads down. The staff here are mostly local people who know their way around a lab. We aren't really interested in big corporate speeches. We just focus on the batches we are processing and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. It’s a lot of testing and re-testing. Some days are long, and the smell of chemicals can be strong, but that’s just the job. We have our lunch together in the small breakroom and then get back to the work. It’s a practical environment for people who like to work with their hands and their heads. We keep our logs updated by hand mostly, as it feels more reliable that way in the heat of the day.
