Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals is on the second floor of Bhadra Raj Chambers. We are right at the Swastik Cross Roads on C.G. Road in Navrangpura. It’s one of the busiest spots you can find. From our windows, we can see the traffic piling up at the lights. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on the phone. We deal with a lot of chemicals and pharma ingredients, so there is always a lot of technical paperwork to go through. The building is an older one, so the lift is sometimes a bit slow, but it gets us there. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and keep our tiffins. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much supervision. It’s a professional environment but without the stiff suits. Most of us wear regular clothes and just focus on getting the spreadsheets right. Being in Navrangpura is great because everything we need is right outside the door. If we need a pen or a specific folder, there’s a shop nearby. We have been in this location for quite a while, and we’ve become part of the local scene. We don’t do big presentations or anything. We just manage the supply chain and make sure the chemicals get to where they need to go. It’s steady and predictable.
