It is a busy industrial zone, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We do control systems, which keeps us pretty focused on the details. The workshop is where we spend most of our time. It has that specific smell of metal and electricity that you only find in places like this. We are not a huge corporation with a lot of layers. Usually, if you have a question, you can just walk in and ask whoever is standing there. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are parts and wires everywhere. We have been at this for a while and we have seen the estate change as new businesses come and go. Our team is small, just a few engineers and some guys who help with the assembly. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know what we can do. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it done right.
