Dimond Trunk Depot

Our place is called Dimond Trunk Depot and you can find us right on Gandhi Road. We are directly opposite the Bank of Baroda, which is a big landmark everyone knows. If you get lost, just look for the bank and we are right there across the street. We have been handling trunks and storage boxes for a long time now. It is heavy work and our hands usually show it. Gandhi Road is always noisy with traffic and people rushing to the bank or the other shops nearby. We don't really do much advertising or fancy stuff. People just know we are here when they need something sturdy to keep their belongings in. The shop floor is usually covered in metal scraps or dust from the street. It is not the cleanest place, but it is where we work every single day from morning until late evening. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break on the wooden stools out front. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to work. Some stop to chat, others are in a big hurry. We keep the inventory stacked up high so it can get a bit cramped inside. It is a bit of an old-fashioned way to run a business but it works for us. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners around Gandhi Road pretty well by now and that is enough for us.
