Shakti Polyweave Pvt. Ltd.

Shakti Polyweave Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 401/4, 5, and 7 over in the Dholka Gidc. It is a fairly spread-out place since we have several plot numbers joined together. Dholka is a bit of a distance from the main city, but the Gidc here is always full of activity. We have a good amount of space, but it often feels like we could use more once the materials start arriving. The wind blows quite a bit across these open plots, which usually brings in a lot of dust from the unpaved roads. We have been here for a while now, and the building is just a standard industrial structure. We do not bother with decorations or anything fancy like that. The floors are plain concrete and the roof is high to help keep the air moving, though it still gets very hot during the afternoons. Our shifts start early, usually right when the sun is coming up. The sound of the neighboring units starting their engines is basically our morning alarm clock. We have a small area where the staff can sit down to eat their lunch. It is nothing special, just a few plastic chairs and a simple table. Most of our day is spent walking between the different sections of the plots. It is a lot of manual work and we just keep to ourselves, focusing on getting everything finished before the day ends.
