Ambica Tape Industries/Tejas Hosiery Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at Plot No. 401/6 in the Dholka GIDC. This place is home to two operations: Ambica Tape Industries and Tejas Hosiery Pvt. Ltd. Having two different types of products in one spot keeps things interesting. On one side, we have the machines making various kinds of industrial tapes. On the other side, we have the knitting equipment for hosiery items. It’s a busy floor with a lot of different sounds and smells, mostly the smell of fresh yarn and adhesive. Dholka is a big industrial zone, and our plot is a bit tucked away. We don’t have a big sign with lights or anything. Just a simple gate. The people working here have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly what to do when a machine starts making a weird noise. We don’t have a fancy lunchroom. We just sit together in the shade when we can. It’s a practical business without any fluff. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Dholka. We just want to make sure the tape sticks and the socks are knit right. Sometimes we run out of storage space because the orders pile up, so we have to move things around. It's a bit of a puzzle every day. We don’t have a marketing team. We just do the work and let the products speak for themselves. That's our daily life here.
