Our office is at 2 Ravikunj Bunglows on I. O. C. Road. This is in the Chandkheda area of Gujarat, zip code 382424. Most people around here know the road because it gets quite a bit of traffic. Dhl Express India Pvt Ltd operates from this building, which used to be more of a residential spot but works fine for us. We handle a lot of parcels and documents every day. Some days are busier than others, especially when the delivery trucks arrive early. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the boxes stack up higher than we would like. It is a practical setup. We have a counter where people come in to drop things off or sign for their packages. The staff here are mostly local folks who live nearby. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on getting the mail and the packages where they belong. The weather gets pretty hot in Chandkheda during the summer, so we keep the fans going and just keep working through it. It is a basic operation, really. We are just here to do the job and help the people in the community get their items shipped out or delivered.
