Dhanlaxmi Chemical Industries

We’ve been here at Pushpraj Complex for a good while now. It’s right across from M. B. Patel Farm in the Vatva area of Ahmedabad. Honestly, this part of the city gets really dusty and busy with all the industrial work going on. We spend our days dealing with different chemicals and making sure things get shipped out to where they need to go. It’s not fancy work, and the heat in Phase I can be pretty tough during the summer months. Most of us have been working together for years, so we just get on with it. Sometimes the trucks get delayed or there’s a mess to clean up in the warehouse, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just a local group trying to do our jobs right and make a living here in Gujarat. People know where to find us in units 37, 38, and 39. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us loading stuff or checking lists. The office isn't anything special, just desks and a lot of paperwork. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things when you know everyone’s name. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or marketing. Just everyday stuff, making sure the chemicals are handled properly and sent to the right people without too much fuss or trouble.
