Development2020, A Multi Disciplinary Development Management

Our office is over at 36 Nayannagar Society, which some people also call Payalpark. We are located in the Saijpur area of Ahmedabad, specifically on Krishnanagar Road. If you are looking for us, the best way is to find the Jain Temple nearby; we are just a short walk from there. We go by the name Development2020. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to managing development projects. It's a mix of different tasks, which is why we call ourselves multi-disciplinary. The office is right in the middle of a residential society, so it feels very much like being part of the neighborhood. It’s not a cold, glass building. We have the usual neighborhood sounds—scooters going by, people talking, and the temple bells occasionally. Our team is a small group that knows how to get things done without making a big fuss about it. We don't use big words or fancy marketing to describe ourselves. We just take on the projects that come our way and manage them from start to finish. Some days are packed with site visits, and other days we are just stuck in the office doing data entry and planning. It’s a real, working environment. We’ve been at this spot for a while and we like being close to the community. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and put in the time until the job is done.
