You can find Devasya Dental Clinic & Implant Center at Shop Number 2 in the Sangam Shopping Center. We are right by the Akhbarnagar Circle in New Vadaj. It is a ground-floor shop, which makes it easier for people who do not want to climb stairs. The shopping center is usually buzzing with people going to the other stores, so there is always something happening outside our window. Inside, it is a bit more peaceful. We have two main rooms and a small area where people wait their turn. I have lived in Ahmedabad my whole life, so I know how hot it gets; we try to keep the fan going all day long. The walls are painted a light color to make the space feel a bit bigger than it actually is. We handle everything from basic cleanings to the bigger implant jobs, but we don’t make a big deal out of it. It is just work. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break between patients. The circle outside is always busy with rickshaws and bikes, so there is a constant hum of engines. We keep a stack of newspapers on the table, mostly just local ones in Gujarati and English. People seem to like that it is easy to get to. We have been in this specific shop for quite some time now, and most people around New Vadaj know where Sangam is. It is a familiar corner for the locals.
