Our home base is Raj Mandir Flats in Usmanpura. Being in a residential neighborhood makes it a bit more peaceful, which is good when we have to focus on numbers. We are part of the Modh Champaner Society. It isn’t a massive office, just a nice-sized flat we turned into a workspace. Most of our hours are spent on consolidation and general business tasks. It gets a little repetitive sometimes, but it's important work. Usmanpura is a great spot because it’s central but doesn't feel like a total madhouse. There are three of us here, and we’ve been working together for years. We don't bother with a receptionist. If someone rings the bell, one of us just gets up to see who it is. Desks are usually buried under files and half-empty tea cups. We aren't trying to look like those high-power firms from the movies. We’re just regular people working out of a flat. When the internet goes down or the printer jams, we’re the ones fixing it. That’s just part of being a small outfit. Over time, we’ve gotten pretty decent at handling all the local business requirements. We don't spend money on advertising. Most of our clients hear about us from someone else they know. It makes things feel more personal. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. There’s not much more to it than that. It’s just how we work.
