Delite Industries

We’ve got our units, 7 and 8, over in Sainath Industrial Estate. It’s right opposite Metso Minerals, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. The estate is always noisy with the sound of metal and machines running. That’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been here at Delite Industries for quite a few years now. The floor is usually covered in some dust or oil, and there are always parts waiting to be moved. It’s a real working environment, not one of those clean offices you see in magazines. We handle a lot of industrial work, and it’s mostly hands-on. My desk is right near the main door so I can see everything coming in and out. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. People just know us from being here so long. Most of the guys on the floor have been with us since we started. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or how the machines are holding up. It’s a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the orders. We don’t make any big promises, we just do the work that’s sitting in front of us. It’s a simple setup, and it works for what we need to do every day. We just stay focused on the manufacturing and the daily deliveries.
