Dalson

Dalson is located at Number 9 in the Naina Society. We are right on Makarpura Road in Vadodara. If you know Vadodara, you know Makarpura is a major hub for all sorts of small businesses and industries. Naina Society is a quiet little pocket off the main road. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted for work. It makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a sterile office park. We do our daily tasks here, mostly administrative stuff and managing the business. The road outside is always humming with traffic, which is typical for this part of Gujarat. We’ve got some trees around the society which helps keep it a bit cooler. Inside, it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us. We know our neighbors, and they know us. Sometimes we step out to the local tea stall for a break. That’s where the real networking happens, honestly. We don't try to be something we aren't. Dalson is a local name and we like it that way. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day. The building is simple, the work is steady, and we’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even need to look at the door number anymore. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people.
