We are based in 412 City Center, which is in the Sola area of Ahmedabad. If you know where Shukan Mall is, we are right across from it, not too far from the Sola Science Road. Dak Designs Pvt Ltd is a place where we spend a lot of time thinking about layouts and how things should look. The office is on the fourth floor, and it gets a decent amount of light during the day. It’s a pretty standard commercial building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We have our desks set up with all our drawing tools and computers. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the construction happening nearby or the traffic on Science Road, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't a big company with a hundred employees, just a few of us making sure everything is done right. Most days we are just buried in work, checking measurements and talking to vendors. It’s a practical environment. We usually grab lunch from one of the small places nearby. Being near the mall is handy if we need to pick something up quick. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and it feels like a solid home for the business. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some project notes. We just turn up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a drawing, but that's just how it is. We try to keep things simple and get through the week.
