Ekta Developers

Ekta Developers is located opposite the Mangalya Ind Estate, near the Ramol Police Station. It is a gritty part of town with a lot of industrial work going on, which suits us just fine. We are not a corporate firm with a lot of polished talk. We are developers who spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of construction. Our office is a functional space where we keep all our project files and site drawings. We don't have a fancy waiting area or any promotional displays. If you come by, you'll probably see us on the phone or looking at a computer screen trying to figure out a logistics problem. We have a small, dedicated team that has worked on many buildings in this area. We know the local suppliers and the people who do the heavy lifting. We don't bother with mission statements or big marketing campaigns. We believe that if you do a decent job, word gets around. It is hard work and the days can be very long, especially when we are trying to hit a deadline. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it is clearing a site or finishing the interiors. We are just regular people who have a passion for building things that last. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just work hard and try to be honest with everyone we deal with.
