Down in Vatva, at No. 70/B Gidc Phase-1, you’ll find our place. We are right opposite the State Bank of India and near Chowksi Tubes. It’s a very industrial part of the city, and Crystal Foundry Fluxes fits right into the landscape. The work here is often hot and dusty because of the nature of foundry fluxes. We spend a lot of time around the mixing equipment and bags of raw materials. It’s a heavy-duty environment. The floor is usually covered in a fine powder, no matter how much we clean it. We wear our work gear and just get on with the day. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear a suit to. We have a small team, and we mostly just talk about the production schedule and which orders need to go out next. The noise from the neighboring factories is pretty constant, so you get used to shouting a bit to be heard. Sometimes the supply chain for our raw materials gets stuck, and we have to adjust our plans on the fly. It’s just part of the industrial life in the GIDC. We don’t have any fancy brochures. People who need what we make usually just know where to find us. It’s a tough, honest way to make a living, and we just keep at it day after day. We just focus on the manufacturing and the mixing.
