Crayon India

Crayon India has been sitting at number 11 in the Anukul Industrial Estate for a while. Being in GIDC Odhav near the National Plastic area means there is always noise and movement around us. It’s a real industrial neighborhood. We deal with colors and manufacturing stuff here daily. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard unit in a row of many others. We started out small and stayed here because it’s close to where our suppliers are. Some days are busier than others. When the machines are running, it gets quite loud, and we have to shout to hear each other. You can find us right by 78 Gidc. Most of the guys here have been with us since the beginning. We drink tea at the small stall down the road during our breaks. It’s a simple routine. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us making sure the products are packed right. Sometimes the dust from the industrial estate gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning up. We get a lot of delivery drivers asking for directions since the estate can be a bit of a maze. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the corner. We try to keep things moving. It’s honest work and we like being in Odhav. It’s been home for our little team for years and we know the street well.
