This isn't the hotel itself, but where we handle the back-end stuff here in Memnagar. We’re tucked away in C4 Neelamani Apartments, right behind Sterling Hospital. It’s a quiet residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a typical office at all. There are plants on the balcony and we can hear the birds in the morning. We spend most of our time answering emails and taking calls from people who want to book a room or have questions about their stay. It’s a small space, mostly just desks pushed against the walls and a lot of folders. Since we are so close to the hospital, we often see people walking by who look a bit stressed, so we try to keep the atmosphere calm here. We aren't wearing suits or standing behind a marble desk; it’s more like a home office vibe. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks, or we take a break to get tea from the stall around the corner. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a while now, and it works for us. It’s a practical way to manage things without the noise of a big lobby. If someone needs to drop off a document, they usually have to ring the bell and wait a second. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing to keep things running smoothly. It is a simple life and we like the quiet of this street.
