Our office is in Akshat Tower, right on the S G Highway in Bodakdev. We’re pretty close to Pakwan Restaurant, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. Cosmos Manpower Pvt. Ltd. has been based at Plot 207 for some time now. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need extra hands for their projects. It’s a lot of phone calls, reading resumes, and sitting at our desks. The S G Highway is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic from the cars and trucks outside. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us trying to keep all the records straight and match people with the right roles. People come in with their papers, and we try to see where they might fit best based on what we have open. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels important because everyone needs a way to earn a living. The office is very functional, with tall filing cabinets and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don’t go in for big marketing speeches or promises we can't keep. We just tell people what’s available right now. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right person for a specific job, but we keep looking until we do. Being in Bodakdev is convenient because it's a central spot for a lot of different businesses in the city. We see all kinds of people coming through the doors. We just try to be practical.
