Concept Clinic

We are located on the third floor of the Himalaya Emrald building, right next to the IOC Petrol Pump on Shaymal Shivranjani Road. It’s a familiar spot for most people in this part of the city, and the petrol pump is the easiest way to tell people where to turn. The clinic is basically a few consultation rooms and a waiting area that’s usually quiet until the evening rush starts around five. We spend our time seeing patients who have various health concerns, some minor like a seasonal cold and some that need more attention and follow-up visits. It's not a huge place, but it's where we’ve set up our practice and we're comfortable here. Most of us have been working in medicine for years, so we’ve seen a lot of different cases walk through the door over time. You can hear the noise from the petrol pump downstairs if the window is open, and sometimes the smell of fuel drifts up, but inside we try to keep things calm and clean. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the medical certificates and the stuff we need to do our jobs properly. Getting to 301 A is easy enough since the building is a landmark around here. We just show up every morning, see the people on the schedule, and try to help out where we can. It’s a simple routine, day in and day out, focused on the basics of healthcare without any extra fuss or expensive marketing. We’re just regular people working in a clinic.
