Comp Tech Equipments Ltd is based over at 6 Ketan Industrial Estate. We are right behind Vijay Mill on Anil Starch Road in Bapunagar. It’s a real industrial area, so there’s always noise and movement around us. We deal with equipment that other businesses need to keep their own work going. Mostly, it’s about mechanical parts and machinery that needs to stay in good shape. Our workshop isn't the cleanest place because we’re actually working with grease and metal all day. We’ve got some long-term staff who have been here since the start. They know these machines inside and out. Bapunagar is a tough area for traffic sometimes, but it’s a good place for a business like ours because we’re close to the people who need us. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. Most people find us because someone told them we know what we’re doing. We take the parts, we look at the issues, and we try to find a fix that doesn't cost a fortune. It’s practical stuff. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive, which can be annoying for the customers, but we try to keep them updated. It’s just a regular industrial unit doing regular maintenance and supply work. We keep the doors open and the tools ready, making sure we stay on top of the repairs that come in through the gate.
