Comfort Inn Sunset

Comfort Inn Sunset is located right at Airport Circle. You can imagine how much activity there is around here with the planes taking off and landing nearby. We mostly deal with people who are either just arriving or trying to catch a flight very early in the morning. Because of the location, we are open and moving twenty-four hours a day. The staff works in shifts and there’s always someone mop-dragging the floor or checking the arrival monitors. It’s a bit of a transit spot. The building isn't anything spectacular to look at from the outside, but it does the job for travelers. We have to deal with the constant sound of the traffic around the circle. Sometimes the check-in desk gets a bit chaotic when a flight is delayed and everyone shows up at once. We just handle the paperwork as fast as we can. We don’t have a lot of time for small talk, but we try to be helpful. The rooms are set up so you can just crash and wake up for your next flight. We spend a lot of time on maintenance because the heavy turnover of guests wears things out quickly. It’s a busy, tiring place to work, but it’s interesting to see people from all over the world. We just keep the coffee moving and the rooms as clean as possible for the next arrival.
