We are Combine Express Couriers. You can find us at Shanti House on the ground floor. It’s right across from the Naranpur Telephone Exchange. We are also near Madhusudan House on C G Road. It’s a busy spot in the city. Every day we see a lot of people coming in with their packages and letters. The ground floor location makes it easy for the delivery guys to load up their bikes and get moving quickly. We spend a lot of time sorting through boxes and checking addresses. Sometimes the traffic on C G Road gets a bit much, especially during the peak hours in the evening. But that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been at Shanti House for a while now. It’s a familiar place for the locals. We just focus on getting things where they need to go without making a big fuss about it. There’s always some paperwork to do or a phone ringing in the background. Most of the staff here have lived around this area for years, so we know the shortcuts and the backstreets pretty well. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we get the job done. We have a routine that works for us. Usually, the mornings are the most hectic when the first set of arrivals comes in. By afternoon, things settle down a bit before the final pickups start.
