Classic Developers

Classic Developers is based on the 3rd floor of Vyapar Bhavan. We are right above the Bhuj Marchantile Bank at Mithakhali Circle in Navrangpura. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the circle, which is always busy with cars and bikes. The lift in Vyapar Bhavan is a bit slow, so I usually take the stairs if I’m in a hurry. Our office is a simple place where we do our planning and meetings. It has that smell of old paper and tea. We spend our days looking at property plans and talking to people about development projects. Navrangpura is a central area, so it’s easy for people to find us. The bank downstairs is a good landmark. Inside, we have some cabinets that are stuffed with old files from years ago. We try to keep things moving, but sometimes the paperwork takes longer than you’d like. It’s a standard office with white walls and some fluorescent lights that hum a little. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy brochures. If someone wants to know something, they just come up and ask us. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We usually have the radio on low in the background while we work. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a busy part of town. We like the neighborhood even though it's crowded and parking is hard.
