Tirupati Sarjan Ltd.

Tirupati Sarjan Ltd. is located on Malabar County Road, right behind Nirma University. It is a part of town that has been growing quite a bit lately, and we have been right here in the middle of it. We are a building company, but we do not act like a big corporation. Our office is a simple place where we manage our different projects. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the contractors are doing what they are supposed to do. Being near the university means the area is always full of energy and students. We have a small team and we all know each other well. We do not have any big mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just focus on the building projects we have in front of us. Some days are stressful when things are not going according to plan, like when the weather turns bad or we can't get the right materials. We just deal with those problems as they come up. People in this part of the city know us because they see our signs and our workers on different streets. We are just trying to do a solid job and keep things moving. It is not always easy, but it is what we do. We talk plainly with our clients and we do not try to hide the fact that construction is a messy business.
