Orchid Divine Developer

We’ve been working out of this spot near Parshwanath Circle for a while now. If you know the area, we're right across from the Amrakunj Bunglows. It’s a busy part of town but we like it here. Most days you’ll find a couple of us in the office handling paperwork or out at a site checking on progress. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the foundations are right. It’s a lot of coordination with contractors and suppliers, which gets messy sometimes, but that’s just how this business goes. People around here usually just drop by if they have a question about one of our projects. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a delay with materials or the weather isn’t helping, we say so. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when it comes to construction. It takes time to build something that actually lasts. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops coming in and more traffic every day. It feels good to be a small part of that growth. We mostly stick to what we know best, which is local residential work. Nothing too crazy, just solid units for families. If you’re ever near the circle, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s not the biggest, but it’s there. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We just keep our heads down and work.
