Right on the Sarkhej Bavla Highway in Ahmedabad, zip code 380054, is where you'll find Sagar Texoline. Our office is at G1 Joshi Estate. Being on the highway is actually quite helpful because trucks can get in and out easily without getting stuck in the city center traffic. We do a lot of work related to textiles and the machinery involved. The building is a standard industrial shed like many others in the estate. It gets a bit dusty with all the movement around here. There is a small group of people working the floor and a couple of us in the front office area. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to be shipped out. Ahmedabad has always been a hub for this kind of work, so we feel right at home. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and some filing cabinets. Most of the focus is on making sure the orders are correct. Errors just make more work for everyone later, so they are avoided. It is a lot of manual work and checking things twice. Sometimes we stay late if a shipment is delayed. It’s just how the business is. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors in the estate are all friends now. It’s a busy life but it’s what we know and we stick to it.
