Kamakshi Flexiprints Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 42 in the Changodar Industrial Estate. If you are driving down the Sarkhej-bavla Highway, you know the area is full of factories and warehouses. We are just one of the many buildings along that stretch. It’s a practical place to be because the highway makes it easy for trucks to come and go. Inside our unit in Changodar, it is mostly the sound of the machines running. We spend a lot of our time making sure everything is aligned right and the colors are coming out the way they should. It isn't a quiet office job; there is always a bit of a mess with paper scraps or ink here and there, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. The dust from the road can be a bit of a pain, especially in the dry months, but we keep the doors closed mostly. We have been at this location for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting near the entrance or grabbing something quick from a nearby stall. It is honest work and we stay focused on getting the orders out on time. The building itself is a standard industrial block, nothing special to look at, but it’s where all the work happens for us daily. We just try to keep the equipment running and do what needs to be done.
