Our facility is located on Tajpur Road in Changodar, specifically in Block No 501/p. If you know the area, it’s mostly industrial, so there’s always a lot of activity with trucks and heavy machinery moving around. We work with HVAC systems, which basically means we deal with all the cooling and heating units for larger buildings and factories. It’s not the kind of work where we have customers walking in off the street every five minutes. Most of our day is spent handling orders and checking the inventory we have in the warehouse. The weather in this part of the country can be quite tough, so these systems are pretty important for everyone. We’ve been at this spot for quite a few years and have seen the road get busier and busier. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone. We don’t really do any big advertising or have a dedicated sales team. It’s just a group of us who understand how these machines work and how to get them to the people who need them. The office part is small and basic because we spend most of our time out on the floor or near the loading bay. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the deliveries go out when they are supposed to without any fuss. It is hard work but we are used to the routine here.
