Our facility is out in Bhamasara, near Bavla in Ahmedabad. We are tucked away at Survey No. 310. It is a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space it gives us. The area is mostly industrial, so we fit right in with the neighbors. We’ve got a fairly large setup compared to some of the smaller sheds nearby. Inside, it is a mix of old and new equipment. We spend a lot of time maintaining the tools because they get a lot of use. The dust in Gujarat can be a challenge for the machines, so cleaning is a big part of the weekly routine. We have a lunch break where everyone sits together outside if the weather is okay. It’s a simple routine that we’ve stuck to for years. No one here wears a suit; we are all in work clothes because we are hands-on with everything. We handle the shipping and receiving ourselves most of the time. It gets hectic when several trucks show up at once on that Survey 310 lot. We just take it as it comes. It’s honest work and we try to do it right. The sun can be brutal in the summer, so we start early to beat the heat. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few people who know how to run the machines. It is enough for what we need to do here every day. We just finish and go home.
