Salus Products

Salus Products is tucked away in the Pancharatna Industrial Estates, over on the Sarkhej-Bavla Road in Changodar. It is a bit of a drive out from the main city of Ahmedabad, but this is where all the industrial growth is happening these days. We are located at plot 287/2, right near Nessa Agritech. Our daily routine involves a lot of loading and unloading of goods. We make various products here, and the warehouse is usually packed to the ceiling with stock. The team we have is pretty small and we all pitch in where needed. If the shipping guy is busy, someone from the office might go out to help move crates. It is just that kind of place. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but that is just part of being in Changodar. We do not have a big corporate culture. We just have a set of tasks to finish before the sun goes down. Most of us have been working in this estate for years and we know the neighbors well. Sometimes we borrow a tool or help each other out with logistics problems. It is a practical way to live and work. We do not spend money on fancy signage or decorations. The focus is strictly on the items we produce and getting them to the people who ordered them. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time without much fuss.
