If you go behind Trivedi Marbles on the Sarkhej-bavla Road, you’ll find Rainbow Packaging Pvt. Ltd. We are at Plot No 15-b in the Changodar Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a turn off the main road, but once you get back here, it’s actually a decent spot. We have a fair amount of space for our machines. It’s mostly just a bunch of us who live nearby and come in to work every morning. The place smells like plastic and ink most days, which is just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us because they know someone who works here or they’ve seen our trucks out on the road. We spend a lot of time checking the machines because they can be temperamental if you don't watch them. The office is just a small room with a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet that sticks sometimes. We keep things pretty informal. If someone needs something, they just ask. It gets dusty back here because of all the construction nearby, but we try to keep the shop floor as clean as possible. It’s a good group of people, and we mostly just talk about the weekend while we’re finishing up the daily tasks. It’s steady work and we like it that way. Most of us have been here since the doors first opened up.
