Optiflex Industries

Optiflex is located out on the Sarkhej Bavla Road, which is a long stretch filled with all kinds of factories. Our unit is in the Panchratan Industrial Estate, specifically at Survey No 298 P and 375 P1. It takes a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city, but there is plenty of room for the big trucks to maneuver. We deal with a lot of flexible piping and industrial hoses, so the floor is always full of long coils and rubber smells. It’s a very hands-on environment. You won’t find anyone wearing suits around here; we are all in our work clothes, usually with a bit of grease or dust on us. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we keep the big overhead doors open to let the air circulate. We spend most of our time measuring lengths and fitting connectors. It’s repetitive work, but it has to be done right or the parts won't fit together. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people know our address. When a customer comes by, they usually just walk straight into the work area to find us. It is a very plain, honest way to run a business.
