Shlok Properties is located right opposite the Vishwakarma Temple. It’s a good landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We’ve been here for a while. Our office is a simple place where we talk to people about buying or selling. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We usually just sit down with a cup of tea and go through the details. Real estate can be complicated with all the legal stuff and the different forms, but we try to explain it simply. Sometimes the office gets crowded on Saturday mornings. We don't have a big staff, so things can get a bit slow if everyone shows up at once. We do our best to help everyone out. The temple across the street brings a lot of peace to the area, though it gets busy during festivals. We like the atmosphere here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town. We just want to handle our business honestly and get home to our families at the end of the day. There is always a lot of talk about prices and locations, but we just give it to people straight. If we don't know something, we'll tell you. It’s a small operation, but we put in the hours to keep things running properly and on time for our neighbors.
