Sunshine Infrastructure

We are located near Nandanbaug Society. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads, which is nice for getting some work done. Sunshine Infrastructure isn't a huge operation, just a group of us who handle various building and road projects. The office is tucked away, and we mostly have local people from the society or nearby areas dropping in. You won’t find any marble floors or glass walls here. It’s just a basic office where we keep our tools and records. We spend a lot of time out on the actual sites, so the office is often empty for half the day. When we are here, we are usually arguing over the cost of bricks or trying to figure out why a truck hasn't arrived. That’s just the way things go in infrastructure work. We’ve been doing this for some years now. We started small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People find us because they see our boards on a site or someone tells them about us. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit messy with the mud and the dust during the monsoon months. We just try to finish what we started and move on to the next job. It's a simple way of doing business, keeping things local and keeping our feet on the ground.
