Our company, Shree Rang Sarthak Corporation, is actually located right inside Shree Rang City. It makes things a lot easier for us because we are right where the action is. Most of our work revolves around managing and developing things within this area. It’s a bit of a different setup than having an office on a main road, but we like being close to the projects. Our team is pretty small, and we have known each other for a long time. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to sound important. We just focus on the bricks, the mortar, and the people who are going to be living or working in the spaces we create. Every morning we walk around the site to check on the progress and talk to the workers about any problems they are having. It’s a lot of hands-on work and you definitely get your shoes dirty doing this job. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one page at a time. Being inside Shree Rang City means we are part of the environment we are building, so we see the results of our work every single day. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s satisfying to see a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. We just keep our focus on the day’s tasks and try to do an honest job.
